This beautiful waterfront cottage is partially winterized and nicely elevated to give great sunset views. The cottage and boathouse have maintenance free siding, the dry boathouse has a marine railway to bring a 20' boat right into the boathouse and it also has lots of room for storage of your riding lawnmower and other gardening items. The waterfront is a mixture of cement breakwall and a lovely little cove of sandy beach, always a hit with the little ones. The dock is about 30'X6' and there is about 6'-8' of water off the end. The cottage is heated with 2 in-wall electric heaters and 3 plug-in electric heaters. There is lots of stone-work all over the property, patios, walkways and stone stairs down to the boathouse. There is also a gravel driveway from the street all the way down to the boathouse and waterfront. It is all very well maintained
